Starbucks was where I actually had my first leadership experience as a store manager, and I was there as a shift lead for about 4 years. When I went to college I started my Chick-fil-A journey, but in 2020 I had to leave because of changes my college was making. Fast forward to October of 2021, I moved with my family to Fountain, Colorado. I stepped into a role as a store manager at a fast-paced coffee shop, where I learned loads of information about running the business. Though this role was building great experience for me, I always had Chick-fil-A in the back of my mind. I was hired on as a Marketing Director here, and realized quickly that my brain is much more wired for the operational side of the business.I have worked in a Operational Director role since 2024, and have been focusing on guest experience and hospitality.
