• Complete assigned Pathway Course

• Meet with a Supervisor / Director regarding next steps

• Final Interview with Supervisor / Area Director

Lvl 2 Team Members to Team Lead

• Work at CFA Fountain for 5 months

• Put in a Team Leader Application

• Complete assigned Pathway Course

• Interview with your Area Director and/or Sr. Supervisor

• Complete Checklist: FOH‍ ‍BOH (facilitated by Area Director)

• Read “How did you do it Truett?” and “The Secret” and be prepared to discuss application points.

• Receive developmental input from 5 team members (CFA Leader Progression Input form)

• Final interview with General Manager & Area Director

Team Lead to Supervisor

• Be a Team Lead for 5 months

• Put in Supervisor Application

• Interview with Area Director

• Complete Supervisor checklist: FOH‍ ‍BOH (facilitated by Area Director)

• Read “The 21 Irrefutable Laws of Leadership” and/or “Ego Is the Enemy” and be prepared to discuss application points.

• Receive developmental input from 5 team members (CFA Leader Progression Input form)

• Final Interview with General Manager & Area Director

Supervisor to Senior Supervisor

• Put in a Sr. Supervisor Application

• Interview with General Manager & Area Director

• Complete Checklist: FOH‍ ‍BOH (facilitated by Area Director)

• Read “Ego is the Enemy” and/or “Unreasonable Hospitality” and be prepared to discuss application points.

• Receive developmental input from 5 team members (CFA Leader Progression Input form)

• Final Interview with General Manager & Area Director
