About Me
-
Hello, my name is Lance, and I’m originally from Travis Air Force Base, California, where I spent most of my life growing up in a military family with six sisters and one brother. My career began at 13, bagging groceries at a commissary, where I developed strong customer service skills over eight years. After graduating high school in 2014, I started pursuing a criminal justice degree. Life shifted when my first son was born when I was 20 years old, leading me to move to Colorado for a fresh start. Seven years ago, I began working at Chick-fil-A under operator Ryan Saxby, and though he relocated shortly after, I seized the opportunity to step up during a leadership gap, demonstrating ownership and initiative. When Kyle took over in 2019, he inspired me to see Chick-fil-A as a long-term career, and since then, I’ve worked my way into a director role. Today, I focus on leadership development and ensuring a clean, safe environment and great food, while balancing life with my wife and three children. My journey reflects adaptability, dedication, and a commitment to personal and professional growth.
