Sean Robinson
Food Safety Director
About Me
-
My name is Sean, I have a wife and a daughter, who are my very reason for existence. I have worked in the restaurant industry for about 15 years. From 2015 to 2020, I worked as a General Manager for a restaurant in Denver, where I learned a lot of my high level restaurant knowledge and developed myself as a leader the most. Everything was done on pen and paper at his time, so I had to manually calculate profit loss reports, labor, costs of goods, production predictions, etc.. I opened 3 restaurants for this company. I stepped down from my role as General Manager into a Training Director position, where I went to new locations and helped develop new General Managers. In 2020, I moved to Colorado Springs and started working at Chick-fil-A Fountain. My main goals in my position are to create and make sure cleaning systems are being enforced, uphold food safety standards by achieving scores of 2 or higher, and keeping the entire team aware of standards.
